​We are recruiting on behalf of our client, located in Salisbury who are known for providing the highest quality ancillary services and client care whilst maintaining the highest ethical standards. Their ethos is to advise their clients on the basis of a complete understanding of their individual circumstances, so that particular advice is consistent with the client’s wider best interests. You will join an incredibly 'well oiled machine' working out of their 'feel good' Salisbury office within the Administration team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client interaction

  • File opening, case handling

  • Complete necessary due diligence checks

  • Send out correspondence to clients and third parties

  • Demonstrate Property/Legal knowledge (following full training)

  • Be responsible for all 'front end' service levels

Key skills and experiences we are looking for:

  • Experience working in a Property or Legal sector

  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organised

  • Team player approach

  • Competent MS Office skills

  • Courteous, friendly engagement skills
