We are looking to recruit a Reception/Administrator to join a well-established and highly regarded manufacturing firm with a strong reputation across the South West. We are proud to be recruiting for one of Salisbury's flagship company's known for their commitment to quality and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries (in person, via phone, and email).
Manage the front desk, welcoming visitors and providing exceptional service.
Handle and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email.
Assist with general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling meetings).
Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Support internal teams with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Skills & Experience Required:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Friendly and approachable with a customer-focused attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in a reception or administration role preferred but not essential.
