We are looking to recruit a Reception/Administrator to join a well-established and highly regarded manufacturing firm with a strong reputation across the South West. We are proud to be recruiting for one of Salisbury's flagship company's known for their commitment to quality and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries (in person, via phone, and email).

  • Manage the front desk, welcoming visitors and providing exceptional service.

  • Handle and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling meetings).

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.

  • Support internal teams with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Friendly and approachable with a customer-focused attitude.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Previous experience in a reception or administration role preferred but not essential.
