A lovely new role working as a Receptionist and Front of House Administrator is now available, working for centrally located office in Salisbury.
The role will be front facing, welcoming guests to the site, so you need to demonstrate a friendly demeanour and a courteous attitude first and foremost. A front facing role often means you are the first person within the business that a potential customer could meet so experience in a similar position is key.
Alongside welcoming and greeting clients other key responsibilities will include:
Supporting in the preparation of in house events - Assisting Events team with admin tasks
General administration duties
Handling all deliveries and post
Handling incoming calls and directing to departments of the business
Arranging meeting rooms, virtual meetings
Diary managing for various appointments
Managing client car parking arrangements online
Liaising with local suppliers for key essentials
Previous experience required:
Have worked in a reception role for a business previously
Confident using MS Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook are essential)
Accurate typing ability
Well presented and confident communicator
Calm and professional
A good team player
Good attention to detail
The hours are 09:30am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri - so can work around school runs if needs be. Some excellent benefits come with this role also including 33 days annual leave.
