​An excellent new full time opportunity is now available for a candidate who enjoys nothing more than engaging with customers delivering a high level of customer service.

Our client are making great strides in their industry, having recently relocated to a fantastic office premise in Salisbury they are looking to add to their Renewals team. The role is 9am - 5pm M-F so if you are currently in a retail role, to get your weekends back may be a positive.

The primary focus of the Renewals Advisor is to look after all customers needs by assisting them and their existing policies for the various products on offer.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to and following up on enquiries made by policy holders

  • Ensure existing information regarding each policy is accurate

  • Demonstrate an emotive approach when communicating with our client's customers, the art of listening often goes unnoticed

  • Have a caring and attentive manner offering exceptional customer service to each customer

  • Working in a time focused and efficient manner without losing the quality of engagement

  • Working as part of a team, pulling together to support and achieve the best results for the team

Key skills we are looking for:

  • The ability to listen and engage

  • Confident in communicating with customers in a phone based manner as opposed to face to face

  • Be self motivated

  • Demonstrate a positive, friendly demeanour

  • Ability to take on training and guidance from internal trainers

  • Demonstrate a high degree of account management and service skills
