​We are looking for a highly organised and proactiveSales Administrator to join a growing and values-driven business in Salisbury. This is a vital support role within the Sales team, ensuring that Account Managers can focus on building strong customer relationships while you take care of the detail behind the scenes.

If you’re meticulous, dependable, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly, this role will give you the chance to make a real impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As Sales Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales and Account Management team. You’ll help prepare documents, track orders, update systems, and liaise with other departments to make sure customers always receive an efficient, accurate, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Account Management team

  • Prepare sales documents, quotations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintain customer records and ensure CRM/order management systems are up to date

  • Support order processing tasks by checking and verifying details before submission

  • Liaise with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth workflows

  • Monitor inboxes and respond to general customer queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the Sales team

  • Help collate information and insights to support customer presentations or proposals

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a customer service environment

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator who can liaise effectively with different departments

  • Competent IT skills and experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities at once

  • A positive team player who takes pride in delivering accurate, thorough work
