An exciting new vacancy has opened up at an independent boutique organisation in Salisbury who are looking to hire the services of an organised, service focused coordinator who will thrive in a fast paced office environment.
The role offers the opportunity to be part of a small growing team, where you will support the Sales team with a high degree of organisation, administration and diary management.
Some of the key duties the role will include:
Planning and preparing information to send to customers
Ensuring all key information is recorded on a cloud based software system
Draft content required by each customer
Working closely with Senior team to ensure general administration of the office is kept up to speed
Revamping processes where necessary for efficiency purposes
Being part of the support team, engaging in productivity reports
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
Some former administration, coordinating experience
Ability to multi task, willing to handle changes to priority tasks at times
Time focused - working to deadline on specific projects
Strong MS office skills (Excel Intermediate)
A positive nature, happy working as part of a small team
Excellent communication with colleagues and occasionally customers
