Are you a dynamic, ambitious Sales/Account Executive looking for an exciting new challenge? We’re searching for a driven individual to lead new business efforts across the UK, focusing on identifying, developing, and closing high-potential opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Identify new client opportunities to grow the business.

  • Execute sales strategies to win new accounts.

  • Manage a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of business.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to the team.

  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients at all levels.

  • Understand client needs and record key information in business systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create winning solutions.

  • Manage a few select key accounts.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in selling business system solutions.

  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Skilled in strategic sales planning and execution.

  • Expertise in solution-based selling tailored to client needs.

  • Ability to gather client requirements and work with teams to meet them.

  • Experience in drafting proposals that reflect client needs.

  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Experience in leading business case development.

  • Ability to build trust and manage contracts.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

About You:

  • Able to attend our Salisbury office twice a week (we always meet on Team Tuesdays).

  • Passionate about solving business problems and using technology efficiently.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive in capturing customer information.

  • Confident with presentations.

  • Familiar with CRM or business systems, ideally in SaaS or cloud services.
