Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a resilient, adaptable individual who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves, working with manufacturing teams, and keeping customers happy even when things get busy. This isn’t a role for someone who needs everything neatly packaged and predictable, it's the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and getting stuck in.

The Role
As Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the management team and ensuring customers have the best possible experience. You’ll be involved in everything from scheduling and planning works, to resolving aftersales issues, to improving processes that help the team deliver more effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and scheduling installation and aftersales jobs to agreed standards and deadlines

  • Learning and using internal systems to create, track, and manage jobs accurately

  • Supporting the resolution of customer complaints and queries with professionalism and persistence

  • Gathering and maintaining records, reports, and compliance documents to support smooth operations

  • Tracking and reporting on issues, ensuring information flows effectively between teams and customers

  • Working closely with installation, production, sales, and purchasing teams to improve processes and reduce snagging issues

  • Proactively suggesting and driving small improvements that make a big difference

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a fast-moving manufacturing or production environment

  • Strong organisational and planning skills able to juggle priorities and keep things moving

  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to influence positively

  • Confident with Microsoft Office and able to quickly pick up internal systems

  • Resilient, adaptable, and resourceful someone who doesn’t give up when things get messy

  • A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

What’s in It for You

  • The chance to make a real impact in a role that touches every part of the business

  • A supportive management team that values initiative and problem-solving

  • The satisfaction of seeing issues through to resolution and improving the way things are done

If you’re motivated by variety, challenge, and the buzz of a manufacturing environment and you’re not afraid to muck in to get things sorted, ReQuire would love to hear from you. Contact Sam in the first instance to discuss this role and see if this is the perfect fit for you.
