In this role you will manage/organise a team of installers across multiple sites, overseeing, auditing and supervising installation projects. You will also be required to manage installation costs in accordance with budgets and resources.
As the ideal candidate you will be required to have installation management or leadership experience, a CSCS card at supervisor level, or originate from the construction industry.

The Role:
Area supervision throughout the South West/East
Manage/organise a team of installers both employed and sub-contracted.
Oversee, audit and supervise all installation procedures
Conduct training sessions or tool box talks
Ensure full compliance with H & S procedures on site.
About you:
Leadership or management experience.
CSCS card at supervisor level
Commercial Glazing or Construction background
Health & Safety management experience
Salary will be extremely competitive, linked to experience and will include transport and a yearly profit related bonus.
