A well established Digital Marketing Agency specialising in SEO & PPC services for SME's across the UK and beyond are now looking to add to their team by hiring the services of their next talented team member, a SEO Account Manager.
A small business, a team of seven have developed fantastically well over the course of the past couple of years and due to the growth of the business the need has arisen for someone to add value to this personable, ethical organisation.
The role is responsible for meeting customer's expectations through running SEO campaigns as well as onboarding new clients. We are looking for someone who has at least 2+ years of AGENCY experience managing SEO campaigns. You may have all the experience but what is equally important to our client is the passion and drive to want to deliver.
Key responsibilities include:
Take ownership of relationship and revenue from existing client portfolio via outstanding, pro active account management
Manage and develop client SEO campaigns
Prepare regular bespoke client reports - reporting on performance providing meaningful measurements
Demonstrate a consultative approach
Support the team in exploring ideas for growth
Analysing client websites along with traffic and conversion data
Identify and promote new opportunities
Ensure all client data is stored
Key skills and experiences required:
To have been actively account managing SME clients SEO campaigns for at least 2 years
An in depth knowledge of search marketing and appreciation of what PPC is
Ability to work on their own initiative, a self starter
Passionate for digital platforms and technologies
Proficient in MS Office
