A new vacancy is now available within a growing organisation for a capable Administrator who can demonstrate strong customer service skills to join a busy team and take a lead role in a wide array of service and administrative duties to help the business continue to deliver to it's long standing client base.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the key responsibilities include:
Assist in the smooth running of the operations division
Take incoming telephone calls into the team
Contact suppliers to progress outstanding deliveries.
Liaise with Goods In department to progress outstanding supplier deliveries
Assist with the processing, placing, and progressing of non-stock purchase orders.
Daily processing of Service Engineer forms following completion of visits.
Data entry of sales orders
Assist with the preparation of import and export paperwork for collections and receipts
Daily electronic filing.
