Are you someone who thrives in a hands-on, high-tech environment? Do you enjoy working behind the scenes to keep complex operations running like clockwork?

We’re working with a leading UK-based technology innovator that’s redefining the future of aviation through cutting-edge manned and unmanned systems. With recent investment fuelling significant growth, this is an exciting time to join a close-knit and multi-disciplinary team at the forefront of emerging tech.

They’re now seeking a skilled and reliable Stores Operator to support the flow of materials and equipment that powers their production and engineering teams.

🧭 What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day movement, control, and transport of parts, products, and components across both internal departments and external customer sites. This is a varied role combining stores operations, inventory handling, and logistical driving — ideal for someone who enjoys precision, structure, and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and storing goods with accuracy and care

  • Picking, packing, and preparing shipments and internal transfers

  • Managing stock levels and updating the MRP system

  • Loading and unloading vehicles of various sizes

  • Driving company vehicles to deliver goods locally and regionally

  • Liaising with project, procurement, and production teams

  • Organising outbound shipments with courier and logistics partners

  • Maintaining order and cleanliness across storage areas (including deep storage sites)

  • Supporting H&S standards, reporting hazards, and upholding best practices

🧠 What You’ll Bring:

  • A full UK driving licence

  • Solid communication skills and a team-player mindset

  • A proactive approach to organisation and process improvement

  • Confidence using spreadsheets and maintaining stock records

  • Some experience in logistics, warehousing, or production support environments

  • A practical, hands-on attitude and commitment to safety

🌟 What You’ll Get:

  • A truly unique environment working in a fast-paced, future-focused tech setting

  • Access to excellent benefits, including:
    • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
    • Buy/sell holiday scheme
    • Life assurance (6x salary), income protection, and private medical & dental
    • Green car scheme
    • Share incentive plan
    • Enhanced parental benefits
    • Paid volunteering day + funded training and development
    • Access to financial planning advice
