We have an exciting new opportunity now available for a talented Team Leader to join a growing financial services business and be the lead person in the current Retentions team.
We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record in customer resolutions, complaints of retention sales. Whilst you will be part of the team the key is the leadership quality - this is an exciting chance for someone to build their own team through their own recruitment and vision for the department as the business grows.
You will be joining the core team of a brilliant business who have some impressive growth plans in place including a new look office as well as expansion of personnel.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the workflow of a small team
Encouraging and supporting the team to maximise success
Developing strategies to improve processes
Review KPI's, produce reports
Knowledge of managing telephony systems
Strong communication skills
Directly report into Senior Management and play a pivotal part in developing the team
Recruitment activity
