The Role
As Technical Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships, supporting commercial activity, and ensuring accounts are serviced accurately and efficiently. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating internally to ensure orders, quotations, and enquiries are handled professionally and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Regular face-to-face and telephone engagement with clients
Handling customer enquiries, quotations, and order progression
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records of customer activity using internal systems
Supporting sales reporting and general commercial administration
Identifying opportunities to improve service levels and account performance
Providing product and technical support, with training provided where required
