Join a thriving, long-established estate agency team in the heart of Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a head for numbers and an eye for detail to play a key role in managing commercial property accounts within a busy, supportive office environment.

As part of a close-knit Accounts Team, you’ll help keep the wheels turning smoothly behind the scenes – ensuring that property managers and clients have accurate, timely financial information.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing daily receipts, payments, and client statements

  • Raising monthly and quarterly tenant demands

  • Reconciling bank statements and calculating VAT

  • Issuing tax-year end reports for clients

  • Administering service charges, budgets, and sinking funds

  • Handling tenant arrears and liaising with property managers

  • Keeping the property management database accurate and up to date

What You’ll Need:

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail

  • A positive, team-first attitude and clear communication skills

  • Some previous Accounts Assisting experience is a big advantage
