As part of a close-knit Accounts Team, you’ll help keep the wheels turning smoothly behind the scenes – ensuring that property managers and clients have accurate, timely financial information.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing daily receipts, payments, and client statements
Raising monthly and quarterly tenant demands
Reconciling bank statements and calculating VAT
Issuing tax-year end reports for clients
Administering service charges, budgets, and sinking funds
Handling tenant arrears and liaising with property managers
Keeping the property management database accurate and up to date
What You’ll Need:
Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
A positive, team-first attitude and clear communication skills
Some previous Accounts Assisting experience is a big advantage
