We’re working with a respected local interiors business that’s known for creating incredible home designs, they create inspiring spaces and memorable customer journeys. With strong roots and a growing reputation (now expanding into bedrooms and lifestyle interiors), this independent company is ready to welcome someone new to their small, friendly team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be guiding customers from their first idea to final installation, shaping designs, offering advice, and helping them feel confident every step of the way. It’s a varied, fulfilling role where your people and project-handling skills will shine.
Support clients from initial consultation through to finished project
Help shape layouts and style suggestions that reflect their vision
Prepare quotes and work alongside designers (training provided)
Keep everything running smoothly and on schedule
Be part of a close-knit, hands-on team in a beautiful showroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need to be a designer, you just need the personality, mindset and interest in interiors to grow into the role.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have a great eye for design and home styling
Enjoy working with people and making them feel at ease
Can stay organised and proactive when juggling tasks
Want to learn new tools (like AutoCAD – full training included)
Bring positivity, reliability, and enthusiasm to a team
Want to be part of something meaningful and local
You might have experience in retail interiors, customer service, account management or consultancy — or maybe you’ve always loved design and want to turn that into a career. If that sounds like you, this could be a great fit.
