An excellent opportunity has become available for a competent administrator with up to date MS Office skills to join a small friendly team and provide IT support to all the team. You will also play a key role supporting in an administrative capacity, assisting in the development of the wider remit of work our client's organisation carries out.
We are looking for a candidate who is confident when it comes to using MS Office and can help prepare email merges, trouble shoot any obvious IT issues, help staff with layouts of various documents and statistical analysis.
This is certainly a role suited to a good communicator and as you will be part of a small team, a positive work ethic and a 'team player' attitude is imperative.
The position offers a wide range of variety so certainly a busy role to take on.
Key experience we suggest you need:
Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Competent with MS Outlook
Comfortable using various social media sites (facebook)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to use templates and write correspondence to external parties

The role is home based at present but once restrictions lift the role will be split between office & home working, so plenty of flexibility.
