Busy. Responsible. Proper Career Progression.
If you enjoy pace, variety, and being trusted to get on with the job but have a pathway to future development laid out for you, this could be a brilliant move.
This is a hands-on, high-volume role within a close-knit team of 8+, managing a live portfolio of residential properties across the UK. You’ll be dealing with real people, real issues and real responsibility, often at speed.
This isn’t a role where you sit back and “observe”. You’ll be in the detail, on the phone, making decisions, juggling priorities and working cases from start to finish. It’s busy. It’s structured. It’s people-focused. And you’ll need to think on your feet.
What the Role Looks Like Day to Day
Managing a large, live caseload no two cases are the same
Speaking daily with tenants, solicitors, agents, lenders and contractors
Handling challenging conversations calmly and professionally
Making judgment calls where situations don’t fit neatly into a process
Coordinating repairs, compliance and next steps
Keeping cases moving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
The Team
A supportive, collaborative team
Everyone pulls their weight no egos, no hiding
Strong processes, high standards
You’re encouraged to speak up, improve things and take ownership
We want a team player, someone who wants to learn on the job, roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
Who This Suits
You don’t need to come from property. In fact, this role works well for people from:
Insurance
Financial services or lending support
Legal or compliance roles (including paralegal)
Housing, asset management or regulated environments
Any fast-paced, high-volume role where judgement and communication matter
If you’re used to handling volume, pressure and people — you’ll get this.
What Really Matters
Confident, clear communicator
Comfortable dealing with difficult or emotional situations
Organised, resilient and commercially minded
Process-driven, but able to adapt when things change
A grafter happy to be part of the team, not above it
Leadership or supervisory experience is a bonus, not essential
Why This Role Is Worth Considering
Real responsibility from day one
Clear development and progression
A role where your judgement counts
Busy, engaging work that doesn’t feel repetitive
A team environment where effort and attitude are noticed
An excellent opportunity to join an established business. The role is hybrid after your initial training period, 3 days in the office, 2 WFH. It is FT, offering a healthy salary along with some positive perks, such as 35 days annual leave, private medial insurance.
