The company turns over approximately £4million and has over 70 staff across the business. Led by a Senior team, the company demonstrate a healthy retention of their people and the way they weathered the Covid-19 pandemic so well by ensuring their staff were supported and nurtured through the period as well as still adding talent to their team only adds to their positive culture.
Until very recently the organisation had been over-modest about it's achievements, preferring to rely on word of mouth referrals from existing clients. Much of the marketing has been done on trial or driven by instinct we are now looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to be appointed to take charge of all on line marketing and events that the company run across it's network of offices.
Some of the key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include:
Event planning and sponsorship
Online marketing effective digital campaign management
Promote the company brand to new and existing customers
Project manage and liaise with external marketing agencies where required
Sit at board level to advise and lead Marketing conversations
Promote your own marketing strategies across the business
Encourage team members to write blogs, positively promote the business
Understand objectives set and deliver on those objectives
Work to a budget to improve aspects of digital marketing campaign management
Build and line manage your Marketing team
In terms of experience, we are leaving this open in terms of industry experience. Preferably you will be from a Commercial business one of a similar or larger size. We are looking for someone who has confidence in strategic planning, decision making, leadership, idea generating, communicating with stakeholders, setting examples, planning events, working to budgets.
