Financial Controller – Full Time, On-Site
Industry: Manufacturing Business – Salisbury Area
We are working with a well-established business in the Salisbury area seeking a capable and hands-on Financial Controller to join their central team. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting directly to the Finance Director where you will oversee a small department.
In this key role, you will be responsible for a range of finance functions, including:
Profit and Loss responsibility
Reconciliations
Sales and applications ledger
Payroll processing
Financial reporting and costings
What we’re looking for:
Fully AAT qualified or above, equally, we are open to QBE for this role.
Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Highly organised and detail-focused
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
A team player who can also engage professionally with customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
