An exciting new opportunity within an emergent business has become available for a HR Professional to join the team and lead on all internal HR functions throughout the organisation.
You will be the primary point of contact for all HR related matters from employees but you will also have the full support of an existing outsourced HR consultancy where required.
The major focus of this role is to review the current processes and streamline accordingly, with a big focus on writing and distributing HR and wellbeing communications to all employees.
Other key responsibilities will include:
Working closely with an Operations Director to shape an internal HR function
Organising and maintaining personnel records
Updating internal HR databases whilst maintaining accurate records for all employees
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (leave of absence, sick days, work schedules)
Participate in HR projects
Stay up to date with employment law and advise of any major changes
Handle the on boarding process of all new staff
Support the Operations Director where necessary
Support with benefits and flexible working
Be responsible for leavers and the exit process
Assist with health and safety policies
To be a hit in this role, you must have some hands on HR experience and be currently working towards a CIPD qualification. Confidentiality to build employee confidence so a people person who can demonstrate trust is essential.
