A fantastic new opportunity is now available in the heart of Salisbury, working for one of the City's most recognised and well thought of brands. The position is in a small team who are key to the continued service offered to their client base.
The primary purpose of the Legal Administrator roleis to: Handle each case effectively ensuring all necessary due diligence is completed before the the client request is moved to the next stage of the process.
Key responsibilities include:
Client interaction
Handling a portfolio of customer requests
Complete necessary due diligence checks
Send out correspondence to clients and third parties
Demonstrate Property/Legal knowledge (following full training)
Be responsible for all 'front end' service levels
Key skills and experiences we are looking for:
2+ years experience working in an office based role (preferably financial services, property)
Confident using MS Office
Excellent attention to detail, highly organised
Team player approach
Courteous, friendly engagement skills
The successful candidate will be granted some excellent in house training and will have access to various learning and development courses which will in turn richly enhance your career aspirations within the company.
