If you enjoy being at the centre of the action, thrive in fast-moving days and love keeping things beautifully organised, this could be a brilliant next step for you.

We're partnering with a respected, long-established property team who are looking for an energetic and detail-driven Lettings Administrator to join their busy office. This is a role where no two days look the same and that’s exactly the point. You’ll be the calm, capable organiser behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly for the team and their clients.

Why this role?

You’ll be part of a supportive, professional environment where high standards matter. The pace is lively, the work is varied, and your contribution genuinely makes a difference. This role gives you the chance to be hands-on, visible, and fully involved in the day-to-day heartbeat of the department.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing full administrative support across the lettings process

  • Managing enquiries and responding quickly, efficiently and professionally

  • Preparing documentation, progressing files and ensuring compliance is spot-on

  • Coordinating appointments, keeping diaries updated and juggling priorities with ease

  • Handling system updates, data entry and general office organisation

  • Working closely with the team to ensure a seamless experience for landlords and tenants

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need property or lettings experience BUT you do need to bring the right behaviours.

  • Confident working in a reactive, fast-paced environment

  • Thrives on variety, you may be mid-task when something urgent lands, and you’re happy to pivot

  • Highly organised, accurate and naturally attentive to detail

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly

  • Positive energy, proactive mindset and genuine team spirit

  • Professional, commercially aware and someone who takes pride in their work

The essentials

  • Full-time, office-based role

  • You will be required to work just 1 in 5 Saturday mornings, which is great by industry standards.

  • Excellent salary and the opportunity to grow with a supportive, well-regarded team

If you’re motivated, committed and excited by the idea of an engaging administrative role where you’re truly part of the team, we’d love to hear from you. Contact Sam to have an initial conversation. Everyone will want to work for this fantastic local firm!
