We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a market leading specialist in design & manufacture based in Salisbury. Our client lead the way in their field and sell their products globally. They have a wide array of clients who benefit from the very best in product development courtesy of our client.
In the role of Maintenance Engineer you will report into a Senior Process Engineer and will be primarily be responsible for the repair and maintenance of Plant equipment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Carrying out effective preventative maintenance on site
React and repair breakdowns
Maintain compliance with legislative and environmental requirements
Ensure that machinery and equipment are kept in good working condition
Plan and coordinate the various work in an effective manner, liaise with staff at varying levels to ensure repairs are completed with as little disruption as possible
Documenting maintenance activities
Plant and equipment installation
Where required you may be asked to train and develop other staff or new team members who need to learn from you. Our client very much focus on a collaborative culture so it's very important you share the same vision and have a team focus when achieving success.
