We’re looking for a Senior Client Relations Manager to join a high-performing, collaborative team where customer experience is everything. This is a role where you’ll take ownership, build trusted partnerships, and make a real impact every single day.

The opportunity

You’ll manage your own portfolio of adviser firms, becoming their go-to expert and trusted partner. Working closely with account managers and internal teams, you’ll ensure every interaction delivers value and every outcome puts the customer first.

This is more than a service role, it’s about influence, ownership, and relationship excellence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and developing strong relationships with adviser firms

  • Acting as the primary point of contact trusted, responsive, and solutions-focused

  • Leading regular service reviews and driving continuous improvement

  • Handling queries, escalations, and complex requests with confidence

  • Collaborating across teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients

  • Managing multiple communication channels (calls, email, correspondence) with full audit compliance

  • Taking ownership of your workload, deadlines, and service levels (KPIs & SLAs)

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and challenge the status quo

  • Supporting and maintaining robust processes and documentation standards

What we’re looking for

We value mindset and cultural fit just as much as experience but ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience in client relationship or account management

  • In-depth knowledge of financial services products, platforms, and processes

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements (AML, data protection, risk)

  • Ability to manage complex queries and deliver high-quality outcomes

  • Experience working with data/reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
