We’re looking for a dynamic Team Manager to join a high-performing Key Accounts Department, leading a talented team responsible for supporting a portfolio of adviser firms. The role

As Team Manager, you’ll lead, coach, and inspire a team of Customer Service Executives and Client Relations Managers to consistently deliver outstanding service.

You’ll be at the heart of operations driving performance, strengthening relationships, and continuously improving how things are done.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading regular 1:1s to coach, support, and develop your team

  • Building strong relationships with key account firms and stakeholders

  • Managing team capacity, performance, and engagement

  • Supporting recruitment and helping shape a high-performing team

  • Using data and insights to identify improvements and drive change

  • Handling performance, absence, and conduct in line with policy

  • Communicating business updates clearly and effectively

  • Playing an active role in wider business initiatives

What we’re looking for

We value attitude and cultural contribution just as much as experience but it would be great if you also bring:

  • Experience in a contact centre and/or account management environment

  • Proven leadership and performance management experience

  • A track record of coaching and developing teams

  • Experience working in a regulated environment

  • Ability to interpret data and produce meaningful insights

  • Involvement in recruitment and interviewing
