Why Apply?

Our client believe in supporting their people with more than just a job. When you join them, you become part of a collaborative, respected team that values your contribution — and rewards it.

  • Generous holiday allowance

  • Pension scheme

  • Private healthcare options

  • Staff discounts and benefits

The Role:

As a key part of a fast-paced Personal Injury team, you’ll provide top-tier secretarial and administrative support. You’ll be helping us deliver exceptional service to their clients, many of whom are navigating challenging circumstances, so your empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail will be highly valued.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

  • Managing client files and correspondence

  • Preparing legal documents and reports

  • Diary and appointment scheduling

  • Handling incoming calls and supporting client communications

  • Audio typing and dictation work

  • General administrative support to the wider team

What We're Looking For:

You may come from a legal, medical, or similarly fast-paced, detail-focused background. If you're the kind of person who takes pride in staying organised, keeping things running smoothly, and delivering great client service, this could be your ideal role.

You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience as a Legal or Medical Secretary

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • A calm, can-do attitude under pressure

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and general IT systems

  • A professional yet approachable manner
