The role of Operations Coordinator, is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, solving problems, and working across teams. You’ll coordinate everything from sales orders → production planning → dispatch, ensuring customers receive products on time, every time.
What will I be doing?
Managing and processing sales orders
Supporting production planning & scheduling
Coordinating dispatch & logistics (UK & international)
Preparing shipping & export documentation
Monitoring order progress & delivery timelines
Working closely with Sales, Production & Purchasing teams
What are we looking for?
Experience in operations, logistics, production planning, or order admin
Ideally from a manufacturing or engineering environment
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Confident communicator who can coordinate across teams
