We have an immediate vacancy available for an Operations Manager to join a technology driven business that has developed a full range of specifically designed, innovative and advantageous products. As a result of over ten years of research, development and application of their expertise our client is dedicated to providing industry-beating customer service across the entire product range on offer. Their aim is to ensure that no matter what your requirements are they are their to service each client's needs.
The key responsibility of the Operations Manager will be to man manage a small team of 12, made up of warehouse, operations and customer service along with two overseas members of the team who would directly report in.
Our client has a streamlined operation distributing their products from their Andover based depot, overseas to their European client base.
Key responsibilities of the Operations Manager will include:
Overseeing the successful order completion of each customer request
Ensure all goods leave the warehouse on time following the correct procedure
Following a chain of command, man manage all staff who report into you before reporting to a Director
Man manage staff, handle training and recruit as and when required
Oversee the day to day running of the Andover site to ensure all requests are being met
Liaise with overseas division to ensure they remain on target
Previous forklift experience to assist in the warehouse
The role is pivotal within the business as the company look to grow due to constant demand. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager who has specific logistics or warehouse experience to join a leading name within a niche industry.
