This is your chance to move into an exciting, central role as a reliable, efficient Administrator within their Lettings Department.

This vacancy would suit someone who is:
  • From retail, hospitality, customer service, office admin, or of course a property administrative background

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Friendly, professional, and confident speaking to people

  • Looking for a long-term career, not just a another job

  • Keen to learn and develop in a professional office environment

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • A positive, reliable work ethic

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Please do note: Whilst it will prove advantageous, no previous lettings or property experience is required — full training will be provided.

Key Duties:
  • Supporting the Lettings and property management team

  • Preparing paperwork and updating systems

  • Answering phones and emails and dealing with customer enquiries

  • Helping organise property listings and compliance checks

  • Being a first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors

  • Keeping files, diaries, and records accurate and up to date
