We have a brand new opportunity available for a Sales Administrator to join a locally based business who supply to their global customer base through manufacturing and application engineering operations. You will be joining an exciting business who's office in Salisbury is seen as the hub of all key activity with most of their key clients based in Europe and Asia. As Sales Administrator, you will work in a small team playing a key role in the day-to-day sales operation as well as being a point of contact for their key clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
Processing customer’s orders and schedules
Send out order acknowledgments and agreed delivery dates accurately
Ensure customer requirements are met
Checking of new sales orders when raised by other personnel
Updating data and prices as and when required
Produce weekly sales reports
Prepare relevant documents for couriers and customers
We are looking for an individual who considers themselves:
Proficient in MS office and able to learn new computer systems
Ability to work in a small team
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Have a positive work ethic
Able to think on their feet and demonstrate initiative
