An excellent opportunity has arisen for a candidate with good Secretarial skills to join a team a local business specifically within their Property division.
The main purpose of the role will be to: Provide key secretarial and administrative support to the wider team.
Key responsibilities include:
Efficient and effective typist
Carry out land registry searches
Relaying accurate phone messages
Diary management - Including arranging meetings, making travel arrangements
Email management
Drafting key items of importance
Dealing with expense claims
General office duties
Experience required: It is essential that you have excellent IT skills, familiar with Excel, PDF documents. A typic speed of 60+ WPM is key. If you have never been tested it's a bit of fun and gets competitive and take 1 minute of your time.
