We have an exciting new opportunity now available for a competent IT administrator to take on a new role of coordinating the use of various systems within our client's business. Our client is an Engineering specialist who have an excellent reputation among their client portfolio, this role has been created to make their internal processes run more efficiently. You will be based at our client's headquarters, a modern office complex based in Salisbury.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and look forward to the opportunity presented to take a lead role on projects and fine tune and enhance the systems currently in place. This role is seen as an exciting building block in the long term aspirations of our client.
The role of IT Systems Coordinator will require someone with an inquisitive mind, an aptitude to learn and a self motivation as you will be working on various projects as part of this new role.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting in various projects to maintain accreditations
Website uploads and administrative maintenance
Maintaining and uploading price lists
Auditing both stock takes and for ISO
Providing a link between external and internal marketing activity
Creating and maintaining a comprehensive digital product information library
Upgrading internal systems
Uploading blogs and other marketing material on a back office function
The role is suited to someone who enjoys working on systems, it is very much a back office role but you would require competent interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues. It is essential that you have excellent Excel skills and a good understanding of computer systems, knowledge of E-Commerce is an advantage. You will be required to look after systems and the integration with outsourced elements but work towards and contribute to the company's growth.
